Key Responsibilities:

  12. Implement and manage sales compensation plans and incentives.
  13. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  14. Manage and optimize sales technology stack, including CRM, sales analytics, and sales enablement tools.
  15. Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  16. Evaluate and recommend sales process automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  17. Lead cross-functional projects that involve sales operations improvements.
  18. Prepare and deliver presentations on sales performance and operations to senior management and stakeholders.
  19. Collaborate with the finance department to align sales operations with financial planning.

Expected Salary:
