- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
Analytical Skills:
- Advanced problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by the Scrum team.
- Strong data analysis skills to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Capacity to assess the impact of Agile practices on project success.
Certifications:
While not always mandatory, certifications can enhance a Program Managers qualifications. Some relevant certifications include:

Key Responsibilities:
