Certifications:

While not always mandatory, certifications can enhance a Customer Success Managers qualifications. Some relevant certifications include:

Key Responsibilities:

Expected Salary:

  1. Entry-Level : $75,000 to $85,000 per year
  2. Mid-Level : $95,000 to $105,000 per year
